1. Introduction

At FutureBeeAI, we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior. We strictly adhere to zero tolerance for bribery and corruption across all business operations.

This Anti-Corruption Policy ("Policy") establishes our commitment to preventing bribery and corruption and ensures compliance with global anti-corruption laws.

The Policy applies to all FutureBeeAI employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, partners, and any third-party representatives acting on behalf of the company.

1.1 Applicability

This Policy applies to all FutureBeeAI operations worldwide and governs interactions with:

Government officials and agencies

Clients, suppliers, and business partners

Third-party vendors, resellers, and consultants

Any violation of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, and potential legal consequences.

2. Prohibited Payments

FutureBeeAI prohibits all forms of bribery, including direct or indirect payments, gifts, or favors intended to:

Secure an improper advantage

Influence business decisions

Obtain, retain, or direct business

2.1 Prohibited Transactions

Employees and representatives are strictly prohibited from offering, promising, or authorizing:

Cash payments (including kickbacks, facilitation payments)

Gifts, hospitality, or entertainment beyond reasonable limits

Employment offers or internships in exchange for business favors

Political or charitable donations used as a bribe

Payments through third parties that may be used for corrupt purposes

2.2 Definition of a Foreign Government Official

Under global anti-bribery laws, a foreign government official includes:

Government employees or officials at any level

Employees of state-owned enterprises

Members of public international organizations (UN, EU, World Bank)

Political parties, candidates for office, or their representatives

Close relatives of any of the above

Bribery laws apply worldwide, and individuals involved in corruption may face severe penalties, including imprisonment and fines.

3. Permitted Payments

Certain payments are permitted if they adhere to strict legal and ethical guidelines:

FutureBeeAI may cover reasonable expenses for meals, lodging, travel, or hospitality only if:

The expenses are bona fide, modest, and directly related to business purposes.

The expenses comply with local laws and do not create a conflict of interest.

3.2 Promotional Gifts

Gifts may be given only if:

They are of nominal value and bear FutureBeeAI branding.

They are not intended to influence a business decision.

No cash, gift cards, or easily convertible monetary instruments are given.

3.3 Facilitation Payments

Facilitation payments (small payments to expedite routine government actions) are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted under local law and pre-approved by FutureBeeAI’s Legal Department.

4. Political and Charitable Contributions

FutureBeeAI does not allow political or charitable contributions as a means to obtain business or influence officials.

Political donations must never be made on behalf of FutureBeeAI.

Charitable donations must be pre-approved by the Legal Department to ensure compliance.

5. Record Keeping

FutureBeeAI maintains strict financial transparency. All payments and transactions must be recorded accurately and include:

Purpose and recipient details

Nature and amount of expenses

Approval documentation

Falsifying or omitting transaction details is a serious violation that may lead to legal consequences.

6. Prohibited Cash Payments

Cash payments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

FutureBeeAI does not allow payments to be made to “cash,” “bearer,” or undisclosed recipients.

7. Red Flags for Corruption Risks

Employees must remain vigilant for warning signs of corruption, including:

Third parties refusing to comply with anti-bribery requirements.

Requests for payments in cash, offshore accounts, or untraceable funds.

Unusual commissions, inflated invoices, or vague payment terms.

Third parties with close ties to government officials.

Lack of clear business justification for a transaction.

Employees must report any suspicious activity immediately.

8. Compliance & Training

All FutureBeeAI employees must undergo mandatory anti-corruption training.

Employees will be required to sign an annual compliance certification.

Business partners, vendors, and resellers must adhere to FutureBeeAI’s Supplier Code of Conduct.

Violations of this Policy may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.

9. Reporting Violations (Whistleblower Protection)

FutureBeeAI encourages employees and third parties to report concerns confidentially.

Reporting Channels:

10. Duty to Cooperate

Employees must fully cooperate with internal investigations or audits.

Failure to cooperate may result in disciplinary action.

11. Legal Compliance & General Provisions

If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
