Buyers are responsible for monitoring AI outputs to prevent harmful consequences.
We provide guidance on ethical AI deployment and risk assessment.
2. Ethical AI Development & Deployment
2.1 Prohibited Uses
FutureBeeAI strictly prohibits the use of its datasets and AI technologies for:
Mass surveillance violating human rights.
Deepfakes used for deception or misinformation.
Military, autonomous weapons, or warfare applications.
Social scoring or AI-based discrimination.
Any illegal or harmful activities (e.g., AI-driven fraud, misinformation, or manipulation).
2.2 Approved Use Cases
AI research & innovation: Ethical AI development for scientific and technological advancement.
Healthcare & accessibility: AI models improving medical diagnosis, accessibility tools, etc.
Education & Research: Training AI models for fair, unbiased, and explainable AI.
Productivity & automation: Enhancing workflows while respecting ethical guidelines.
3. Bias Mitigation & Fairness
FutureBeeAI takes a proactive approach to identify, mitigate, and prevent AI bias:
Dataset Diversity – We curate diverse, representative datasets to minimize bias in AI training.
Bias Testing & Audits – We conduct regular audits and encourage customers to validate fairness.
Human Review – AI decisions should always be auditable, interpretable, and challengeable by humans.
Collaboration – We work with experts, researchers, and regulatory bodies to ensure fairness.
Buyers using our datasets must conduct bias impact assessments before deploying AI solutions in high-risk applications.
4. Privacy & Consent in AI Datasets
4.1 Ethical Data Collection
FutureBeeAI follows strict data consent policies for collecting real-world data.
No datasets are collected without proper user consent, de-identification, or anonymization.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is removed or masked where required by law.
4.2 AI & Personal Data Protection
Buyers must ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws.
AI applications using our datasets must not re-identify individuals from anonymized data.
FutureBeeAI provides guidelines on privacy-focused AI model development.
5. Responsible AI Implementation by Buyers
Buyers licensing datasets from FutureBeeAI must:
Conduct risk assessments before deploying AI solutions.
Ensure ethical AI governance within their organizations.
Implement human-in-the-loop approaches for AI decision-making.
Regularly monitor and update AI models to prevent biases and errors.
Avoid using AI for deceptive, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.
If a Buyer is found violating ethical AI practices, FutureBeeAI reserves the right to revoke dataset access and take legal action if necessary.
6. AI Explainability & Transparency
FutureBeeAI encourages the use of explainable AI (XAI) techniques to ensure users understand AI decisions.
Buyers must provide clear documentation on how AI models trained on FutureBeeAI’s data make decisions.
AI-driven outcomes should be interpretable and challengeable where necessary.
7. AI for Social Good & Sustainability
FutureBeeAI actively promotes AI for social good initiatives, including:
AI applications for climate change solutions.
AI-driven accessibility tools for people with disabilities.
Ethical AI projects in education, healthcare, and humanitarian aid.
Buyers using FutureBeeAI datasets are encouraged to apply AI for positive societal impact.
8. Legal Compliance & Ethical Governance
8.1 Ethical AI Audits
FutureBeeAI conducts:
Internal AI ethics reviews before releasing new datasets.
Regular assessments of bias, security, and compliance risks.
Transparency reports on AI dataset sourcing and usage.
9. Violation & Consequences
If FutureBeeAI identifies unethical use of its datasets:
License termination – Immediate revocation of dataset access.
Legal action – Pursuing violations under applicable laws.
Public disclosure – Reporting unethical AI practices if necessary.
10. Policy Updates & Amendments
FutureBeeAI regularly reviews and updates this AI Ethics & Responsible AI Policy. Updates will be communicated via:
Website announcements.
Direct notifications to customers and partners.
11. Fair Use and Evaluation of Dataset Samples
FutureBeeAI provides dataset samples exclusively to help prospective clients make informed purchasing decisions. These samples are shared under controlled conditions and are governed by the same ethical and privacy principles that apply to all licensed datasets.
11.1 Purpose of Dataset Samples
Dataset samples are provided solely for short-term evaluation to help users assess dataset quality, structure, and relevance before purchasing.
Samples must not be used for any research, internal testing, AI model training, or commercial activity of any kind.
The purpose is strictly evaluation prior to purchase, not experimentation or product development.
11.2 Time Limit for Evaluation
Access and use of dataset samples are permitted for a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date the download link is received.
After 15 days, users must permanently delete all copies of the sample data unless a commercial license agreement has been executed.
Continued possession or use of samples beyond this period constitutes a violation of this policy.
11.3 Security Requirements
Users must store dataset samples in secure, access-controlled environments to prevent unauthorized access, sharing, or duplication.
Samples must not be uploaded to public cloud storage, shared drives, or AI model training environments.
Access to samples should be restricted to authorized individuals involved in dataset evaluation only.
Any downloaded data must be encrypted at rest and in transit if stored temporarily for evaluation.
11.4 Breach Notification
In the event of unauthorized access, data leakage, or breach involving FutureBeeAI dataset samples, users are required to notify FutureBeeAI within 48 hours of discovery.
The notification must include:
A description of the breach and how it occurred.
Potential impact
Corrective actions taken or planned
Failure to report such incidents may result in legal action, permanent access revocation, and public disclosure of the violation.
11.5 Audit Rights
FutureBeeAI reserves the right to audit and verify sample usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
Users must, upon reasonable notice, provide evidence of sample handling, deletion, and security measures if requested.
Refusal to cooperate with an audit may be treated as a breach of policy and result in immediate revocation of dataset access.
11.6 Competing Use Prohibition
Users and affiliated entities are strictly prohibited from using dataset samples to develop, enhance, or benchmark competing datasets, AI data platforms, or similar commercial offerings.
Samples must not be reverse-engineered, annotated, or repurposed to derive competitive or derivative data assets.
Violation of this clause will result in legal action and potential damages under intellectual property and contract law.
11.7 Accountability and Enforcement
Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or unethical use of dataset samples may result in:
Immediate termination of access and related accounts
Blacklisting from future dataset access or collaboration
Legal proceedings under applicable IP, privacy, or contract laws
By requesting or downloading a dataset sample, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
